• Conducting penetration testing or vulnerability scanning without explicit permission

• Conducting denial of service attacks (DoS/DDoS)
• Introducing viruses, malware, or malicious code into the platform

2.5 Unauthorized Data Extraction

• Systematically copying or reproducing platform content
• Creating derivative databases from our services without permission

2.6 Unauthorized Redistribution

• Using the service to develop malware, exploits, or malicious software

• Manipulating or falsifying usage or billing data
• Using multiple accounts to evade restrictions

2.9 Competing Model Training

• Using the service to train AI models that directly compete with Levante Platform without prior authorization
• Extracting knowledge or data from models to replicate similar services

3. Usage Limits (Rate Limits)

To ensure service quality and availability for all users, Levante Platform implements usage limits based on the subscribed plan:
